Here are some important reminders / updates:

Arrival & Registration
Registration will open at 09:00hrs on Tuesday morning, please avoid arriving early as the building won't be ready to receive you before then!

Please have a digital version of your booking confirmation with you so that registration goes smoothly.

The main hall and our exhibition will open from 10:00hrs and our first session will start at 10:30hrs.
The conference will close by 16.00hrs on Thursday 25th June.

Accommodation
Don't forget that booking accommodation is your own responsibility. We've allowed some time in the programme for you to check in (17:00hrs - 19:00hrs) before our evening meal & quiz (see details below).

No Parking
There is NO on-site parking, (except for blue badge holders), due to a change of car park ownership. You can find a list of alternative on-street parking options near The Kings Centre here. Please also consider whether you can car-share both to Darlington and from your accommodation to make it easier for everyone!

Day Tickets
We know some leaders find it hard to take mid-week or term-time leave. It can also be tricky to make alternative care arrangements for dependants. With this in mind we're offering a limited number of day tickets. On the door and day tickets will be available throughout the conference. Please do encourage anyone from your team who would benefit, to book in as soon as possible! More details: http://devotedleaders.org

If you have booked a Wednesday or Thursday Day ticket when you arrive on site please report to reception or the information desk where you can pick up your delegate badge, lanyard and goodie bag.

Green Devoted
This year once again, we've worked in partnership with the CreationCall team to make Devoted Leaders more environmentally friendly. To find out more about the changes we've made click here.

Meal & Quiz - Tuesday Night
On our first night (Tuesday), we're having a meal and quiz altogether at the venue. The meal & one drink are included with all Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Standard and Tuesday All Day Tickets (it is not included with On The Door or other day tickets). There will be a cash/card bar available to purchase drinks as in previous years. Our meal this time will be a Hog Roast (with vegetarian option available). Dietary requirements were taken at booking and we'll do our best to cater for your specific needs. If you have a specific concern please do speak to a member of the team upon arrival.

Other Meals
You will need to organise all other meals. Why not consider gathering your whole team during our dinner break on the Wednesday evening? We'd recommend you book locally to avoid disappointment!

Packed Lunches
You can pre-order a packed lunch from the on-site cafe each morning or there are local coffee shops & supermarkets. Please feel free to bring and eat your packed lunch on site!

Cafe packed lunches are £5 and you can select a sandwich each morning. If you've booked a packed lunch, head to the cafe at lunch time (pay on collection - cash or card).

Exhibition & Book Shop
During our break times please do take the time to visit our bookshop and the exhibition stands. Timings are as follows:
Tuesday: from 10:00hrs & during breaks
Wednesday: from 09:00hrs & during breaks
Thursday: from 09:00hrs & during breaks
